Publication Policy

The journal welcomes original research articles, literature reviews, case studies, and theoretical perspectives that contribute to the understanding of effective leadership, organizational dynamics, and the shaping of future outcomes.

Submissions must be between 1,000 and 2,000 words, excluding references. Nuts About Leadership is committed to fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and promoting innovative insights that can inform and inspire leaders in various sectors.

Publication Frequency

Our peer-reviewed journal follows a quarterly publication schedule, releasing one volume per year.

Each volume consists of four issues, with each issue featuring a total of six articles. To maintain a consistent flow of new research, we publish one article every two weeks. This results in a total of 24 articles being published annually within one volume and across the four issues.
